RETURNS


We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.


If more than 14 days have passed since your order was delivered, we regret that we cannot offer a refund.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • In their original condition: unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and free from stains or marks

  • Tried on only over undergarments

  • Returned with the original hangtag still attached

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, feel free to email us a photo before returning it.

Exchanges

Direct exchanges are not possible, but we’re happy to assist.

If you wish to exchange an item:

  1. Email us at customersupport@maldire.com to initiate the process.

  2. We will arrange for the return of the original item, which will be refunded once received and approved.

  3. You may then place a new order for the correct item.

  4. For customers within our standard (non-remote) shipping zones, Maldire covers the cost of return shipping for exchanges.

We will inform you if your location is considered a remote area by DHL Express and not eligible for complimentary return shipping.

How to Return an Item

  • Contact customersupport@maldire.com before returning any item.

  • We can provide a DHL Express return label at the same cost as your original shipping. This fee will be deducted from your refund.

  • Alternatively, you may return your parcel using your own tracked courier service.

  • Please complete and enclose the returns form provided with your order.

  • All returned items must be securely packaged—we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

  • Please declare a low customs value (1 €). Parcels with import duties will not be accepted.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method once your return is received and approved.
Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to be processed after we receive your parcel.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is part of an approved exchange within our standard service areas.
