Dispatch Schedule

Orders are shipped twice a week. We do not dispatch on weekends.
If you have a specific delivery deadline, please contact us—we’ll do our best to meet it.

Shipping Times

The estimated delivery times listed on our website (e.g., “three days”) refer to the transit time after your order has been shipped.
This countdown begins the moment you receive your shipping confirmation and tracking number—not at the time of purchase.

Destinations

We offer worldwide shipping. All garments are shipped from Germany.

Carriers

• International: DHL Express. Delivery is typically next-day within the EU and 3–5 days worldwide.
  If your address is outside of DHL Express’s service area, we’ll contact you to arrange an alternative method. Additional fees may apply.

• Within Germany: DHL Paket.

Tracking

All parcels are shipped with tracking.
You’ll receive an email confirmation with your tracking number once the parcel has been dispatched.
We monitor all shipments and provide assistance where possible, though some issues may need to be resolved with the local carrier.

Shipping Costs

• Orders over €350 ship free of charge.

• Domestic shipping within Germany is always free.

Import Duties & Taxes

Import duties, VAT, and customs fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are determined by the local customs authority and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Uncollected or Refused Parcels

If a parcel is uncollected or refused due to import fees or any other reason, the buyer is responsible for all costs incurred, including return shipping, handling, and any storage fees charged by the carrier. These amounts will be deducted from the refund once the parcel is returned to us in its original condition.
